Ultrasonic inspection sieve is a standard analysis sieve for powder classification; it is suitable for precise analysis of particle size structure of granule, powder and ultra-fine powder materials in laboratory and quality inspection room, and can sieve up to 635 mesh, with low noise, high efficiency and high precision.
Adopt new power generator, produce multi-frequency vibration, efficient sieving samples; standard sieve body, to ensure high precision sample analysis; electronic time delay, can be set according to the need of the same material equal sieving time, to ensure the uniformity of sample analysis data, to reduce the inspection error to a very low degree, so that product quality data accurate.
 

Structural principle

Ultrasonic inspection sieve is a vertical vibration motor as the whole machine vibration source, through the vibration motor drives the upper vibration plate vibration, and then through the vibration plate conduction to the upper vibration plate placed on the screen frame, and then by the need to detect the mesh screen frame, the material particles smaller than the screen mesh aperture sieve to the lower screen frame.
Ultrasonic system mainly consists of ultrasonic resonant power supply and oscillator. The high frequency electrical oscillation generated by the ultrasonic resonant power supply is converted into a high frequency sinusoidal form of longitudinal oscillation wave by the oscillator. It can convert 220V, 50Hz electrical energy into 18KHz high frequency electrical energy, which is fed into the ultrasonic transducer and turned into 18KHz mechanical vibration to achieve the purpose of sieving and net clearing, so that ultra-fine powder sieving becomes an easy task.
