High frequency vibrating screen with high efficiency, small amplitude and high sieving frequency is an effective equipment for sieving and grading of fine grain materials, which is widely used in sieving or grading operations in iron ore, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium sand and other mineral processing plants.
High frequency screen causes better separation conditions, so that materials smaller than the separation size, especially the specific grains and slurry together through the screen hole to become the product under the screen.
Structural principle
High frequency vibrating screen (high frequency screen) consists of exciter, slurry distributor, screen frame, frame, suspension spring and screen mesh and other components. With reliable structure, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, sturdy and durable, easy maintenance, safe use, high frequency vibrating screen is widely used in mining, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical and other industries for product classification.
High-frequency vibrating screen is different from the principle of ordinary screening equipment. The high frequency vibrating screen uses a high frequency vibrating motor. High-frequency vibration destroys the tension on the surface of the material in the pulp, so that the material vibrates at high frequency on the screen surface, increasing the probability of contact between the separated material and the screen, resulting in a better screening separation.

The vibration system is designed to work in near resonance state, and the whole machine is supported by vibration damping, so that the ground basically does not bear dynamic load, and the screen machine does not need to make foundation, and can work normally when installed directly on solid and flat ground or ordinary steel structure platform.
