 Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a new type of fine screening equipment that resonates by mechanical vibration and ultrasonic vibration.

It is a fine powder screening and grading equipment that mainly generates a composite motion by the high-frequency electric energy emitted by the ultrasonic system input into the ultrasonic transducer and the vertical vibration motor.
The ultrasonic system consists of a generator, a transducer, a resonance ring, and a high-frequency connecting line. The generator generates high-frequency electrical oscillations, which are converted into high-frequency ultrasonic waves by the transducer and transmitted to the resonance ring to induce resonance, and then evenly transmitted to the screen surface.

The core of the ultrasonic vibrating screen is to add high-frequency vibration to the traditional vibrating screen, increase the acceleration of the material, and promote the rapid passage of the material through the screen, which effectively solves the problem of mesh blockage of fine powder materials during screening and improves the screening output and quality.
