Product Features
1. Compared with traditional screening equipment such as rotary vibrating screen and linear screen, it can reach up to 5 times the processing capacity per unit area.
2. Effectively imitate the manual screening action and process, the material presents an involute spiral motion trajectory on the screen surface, so that the material travels a relatively long distance on the relative area, accurate to 6 levels of separation, and the screening accuracy is as high as 90%-95 %.
3. Working with low frequency and small load, the acceleration is 4.5 times lower than that of the vibrating screen, and the vertical acceleration value of the material particles is low, so that the screen is not easy to be damaged, and the service life of the screen is prolonged. The service life of the motor is high, and the operation and maintenance costs are reduced. In addition, the soft swing screening power system has little effect on the equipment and the materials to be screened, and will not damage the original structure of the particles of the materials, and is not easy to generate static electricity.
4. Fully enclosed structure, good sealing and dust removal effect, powder does not fly, can be sieved to 500 mesh or 0.028mm, there is basically no material dust leakage site, more environmentally friendly, and safer for workers.
5. The screen surface can be conveniently equipped with a bouncing ball to clean the mesh surface, roller brush to clean the mesh surface, air jet cleaning the mesh surface, elastic scraper to clean the mesh surface, ultrasonic technology to clean the mesh surface and many other cleaning devices, which can effectively solve the screen Face clogging to ensure the continuity of screening.
